Michelle is a passionate motivator who creates inclusive experiences for her community through movement sessions, wellness events, and retreats.
She is an expert movement teacher who finds joy in motivating others to make connections through mindful movement. Michelle holds a BFA in Dance, Power Pilates 600hr Comprehensive Certification, 200hr YogaWorks Certification, TRX suspension training, and the self-massage training The Roll Model Method by Jill Miller.
With her rich background in various movement styles, Michelle is also the creater of Barre Variations. A manual, method, and on demand videos with an expanded syllabus of choreography and technique.
